Question: How do I get a quote from AM&M?
Answer: we need to know your 3 basic inquires so we can provide a proper quote:
- Materials
- Size range
- Quantity
Materials: tell us which metal powder you are interested to order, we will need to know the weight percentage if you are intersted in an alloy powder. Please see AM&M Product List when you not sure.
Size Range: AM&M powders are divided into eight particle types with the finer powder represented by higher numbers. Please see the following Table .

Quantity: the powder price can be variance with different quantity you are ordering. The minimum order is 100 grams, there is no maximum quantity.
There are a few more other things you may required or considered for your orders, such as Purity, Spherical shape, Packaging requirement, Lead time, etc.

Question: What is the payment term?
Answer: We usually ask for cash in advance as payment term for all new customers. If your order becomes frequent, such as monthly or quarterly, or the ordering quantity is going to be fairly large, you can contact us for payment term adjustment discussion.
Question: What is the usual payment method? Can I use my Credit Card?
Answer: We now accept credit card (Visa or Master Card) for orders under USD $3000. You can also pay by bank draft, money order or wire transfer. We will send you our bank information when you inform us you need to pay by wire transfer.
Question: What is the usual lead time for delivery?
Answer: The lead time is the time between receiving an order and delivering the product to the customer. Our lead time are based on the quantity of your order. Please see following schedule for our regular lead time. If the payment term is “cash in advance”, the lead time will start from the day we received your payment. You can always contact us to find out when you maybe receive your recent orders, or if you have urgent needs to accelerate the delivery.

Question: What is the most common produced metal powder in AM&M?
Answer: AM&M is very proud of our capability of manufacturing all kinds of high purity ultra-fine powder, especially indium alloy powders. Because making good quality indium contained powder is a much harder task than making other regular solder powders (such as Sn/Ag/Cu, Sn/Bi). In the past 4 years, AM&M has been contineously developing our technology to make low oxygen content, spherical shape, high purity and smaller size range powders. CIGS solar powder is also indium contained high quality powder, it has become one of our new major products.
